When Apartment Specialists sent me through an email with an appraisal of my apartment, I was already planning on listing with one of their competitors. However Apartment Specialists said that they’d get me a sale price of $300k+ for my apartment, whereas the other company only wanted to list my apartment at $280k. I initially was pretty hesitant about using Apartment Specialists, as they were a smaller company, and all of the agents from bigger companies were quite dismissive about them. But I decided to give them a shot, and see how things went. The end result, was that they sold my apartment for $310,000, which was $30k higher than what their competitor had planned on listing my apartment at. I was of course absolutely stoked.
