After becoming the top apartment agent in New Zealand back in 2011 and 2012 I realised what I was doing was different and the traditional real estate model simply didn't provide the support and education needed for not only Auckland Apartment owners but also the agents who decided to specialise in apartments. Simply put, I wanted to change things to benefit the Apartment Owner and I couldn't under a non specialist approach. The industry needed true professionals to give their clients confidence when selling and then deliver to the highest standard. This led me to look not how things were done in New Zealand but to travel to the other side of the world, to research the top agencies and agents where apartment living has been around for centuries and then to come back and carefully design a superior Apartment Agency Model. And you can already see the result. We have only just started but in 5 short years we have taken over a majority of those big housing brands and the goal to becoming the largest Apartment Real Estate company in Australasia getting closer and closer.
